This is the Mike Rosoff pick for scam of the century. C-SPAM is a new, all-call-in cable network that tricks the audience into paying for the right to spam itself.

As a result, not one penny has to be spent on developing or producing original programming and C-SPAM management can just sit back while audience members phone in and call each other, "You asshole!" "You scumbag!" "You moron!" etc.

In fact, Mike Rosoff was so impressed with C-SPAM, that he's set up a special monthly C-SPAM - Mike Rosoff Network Chat session, where members of both groups will be able to get online and call each other the full range of human obscenities without fear of censorship or reprisal.
